The Day of The Hour is a day long track event, held at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre (MNCC) in Milton Ontario. Athletes test their metal against the clock in an effort to set a new World Best Hour Performance record. The Hour Record is the longest distance traveled in 60 minutes, from a standing start, by an individual cyclist, on a closed circuit.
